PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

Maintaining the oxygen concentrator:

  • Clean the surface of the concentrator regularly.
  • Wipe the ventilation grilles with a soft cloth to remove dust.
  • Rub lightly to remove stubborn dirt.

Nasal canal care for oxygen:

  • Clean the nasal passage at least once a week.
  • If used daily, it should be replaced every two months.
  • If used infrequently, it should be replaced every three to six months.
  • It is generally not recommended to reuse disposable PVC nasal cannulas after 3 to 7 uses.

Oxygen generator filter:

  • The filter removes dust, dirt and pollen from the air.
  • Clean it once a month to extend the life of the device.

Notes on using the cotton filter:

  • The cotton filter is not washable and must be replaced after 100 to 200 hours of use. Replace it immediately if it is dirty.

What is dual oxygen supply?

Conventional pulse flow oxygen concentrators only deliver oxygen when they detect breathing. The VP-2 has two modes: In sensor mode, it delivers oxygen when it detects inhalation; if the inhalation is too weak to be detected, it automatically switches to automatic mode and delivers oxygen every 3 seconds. This feature ensures a more reliable oxygen supply, especially for people with shallow breathing.

How do you replace and charge the battery?

The battery in the VP-2 is designed for easy replacement in just 3 steps:

  • Place the machine in a horizontal position;
  • Hold the trigger down;
  • Pull the trigger and remove the battery.

The battery can be charged in two ways: 1. With the battery installed in the machine, simply connect the machine to the AC/DC power supply with the supplied power cable to charge it. 2. With the battery removed from the machine, connect the power cable to the battery’s separate power port to charge it. See the VP-2 manual for more detailed instructions.

Is the battery included in the package?

Yes, the device comes with battery and other accessories in the package. You can also purchase additional batteries separately in the store for longer use. It comes with a standard 6360mAh battery with a battery life of up to 3.5 hours.
