Thank you for purchasing a VARON oxygen concentrator. We are committed to providing high quality products and excellent customer service. Please read the warranty terms below carefully before using your VARON oxygen concentrator so that you are aware of your rights and obligations.
VARON Oxygen Concentrator Warranty Information
The VARON oxygen concentrator has a one-year warranty period. Within one year from the date of receipt of the product, we will provide free repair if your oxygen concentrator shows signs of malfunction caused by manufacturing defects. This warranty ensures that the generator is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Please note that accessories (such as hoses, filters, plugs, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. We guarantee the quality of our accessories at the time of purchase, but they are subject to natural wear and tear.
Exceptions to the VARON warranty
● Normal wear and tear: Periodic maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts resulting from normal use are not covered.
● Abuse and misuse: Defects or damage resulting from the following factors are not covered:
●Improper operation, improper storage, abuse or neglect, such as exposure to smoke or physical damage.
●Ingress of liquids, sand, dirt, food or insects/animals.
●Exposure to extreme heat and/or humidity.
●Using the product or accessories for commercial purposes or exposing the product and accessories to abnormal conditions or use.
●Lack of necessary preventive maintenance by the user or supplier.
●Other actions that are not VARON's responsibility.
Unauthorized service or modifications: Defects and damage resulting from service, testing, installation or modifications performed by anyone other than VARON are not covered.
Warranty claims and procedures
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support at support@varoninc.dk within the warranty period. You must enclose your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem.
Our customer support will assess the claim and take the necessary action. This may include troubleshooting, replacing defective parts, or, if necessary, repairing or replacing the oxygen concentrator.
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. VARON will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced product to the customer.
Non-transferable
The warranties set forth herein are extended by VARON only to the original purchaser of the products and are not transferable. The original proof of purchase for the product and proof of identity are required for the limited warranties set forth herein to be valid. In order for the limited warranty set forth herein to be valid, the purchaser must inspect each product within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and before the product is put into use.
Disclaimer
VARON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the oxygen concentrator, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Once the warranty on your product expires, VARON shall no longer be obligated to cover any additional costs for replacement, repair, or shipping.
