For all VARON products (oxygen concentrators) purchased in the online store at https://dk.varoninc.com we offer a Exchange period of 30 days from the date of delivery (accessories are not included). Please note that if the order exceeds the 30-day deadline, your exchange will be rejected.
Conditions for exchange:
If the exchange is not due to a quality defect, the product must be in perfect condition with all accessories included (including original packaging, warranty card, etc.).
If the exchange is due to quality defects, you must submit evidence of the problem (pictures/videos) for technical assessment. The exchange will only be approved after confirmation of defects by our quality control team.
Exchange process:

Send an email to support@varoninc.dk with the order number and details of the request.

Our team will review the information and, if approved, send the official return address.

Send the product to the address provided and send the tracking number via email.

Once we have received confirmation of shipment, we will ship the new product as soon as possible.

Exchange due to customer request (e.g. wrong model, incompatibility):
Free exchange (with possible price adjustment), but Return shipping is paid by the customer . -
Exchange due to quality defect (confirmed):
Free exchange with Shipping paid by us .
Important:
Consumable accessories are not eligible for exchange (in case of error we will send a new one).
